Lim Wei-Ying is a Research Associate at the Learning Sciences Lab (LSL) in the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has keen research interest in Sustainability of Educational Reform, Teacher Professional Identity, Learning Communities and Inquiry Learning.
