Dr Chai Ching Sing is a lecturer in the Learning Sciences and Technologies Academic Group since 2001. Before he joined NIE, he was a Head of Department in a secondary school. He obtained his BA from the National Taiwan University under the sponsorship of PSC Oversea Tenable Scholarship. He completed his MA in NIE in 2001 and his doctoral study in 2006.
